By accessing or using Lookbook ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lookbook is an AI-powered fashion photography platform that allows users to generate lookbook and model images from clothing photographs. The Service includes:

  • AI image generation features
  • Image storage and management
  • User account management
  • Subscription and payment processing

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4.2 Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

4.4 Tokens

Tokens are non-refundable credits used to generate images. Unused tokens expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Generate illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to deceive others about the nature of generated images
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Circumvent usage limits or access controls
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 Generated Content

Subject to these Terms and your subscription plan, you own the images generated through our Service and may use them for commercial purposes as permitted by your plan.

6.3 Our Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Lookbook and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Content Guidelines

You may not upload or generate content that:

  • Is sexually explicit or pornographic
  • Depicts violence or gore
  • Promotes hate, discrimination, or harassment
  • Violates any person's privacy or rights
  • Is fraudulent or deceptive
  • Violates any applicable laws

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED IMAGES WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOKBOOK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lookbook and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes that may affect your use.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
